The students of Gymnazium SNV will be hosting the ST.ART Art and Drama Camp from the 21st to 24th of June. This camp will be held in Slovensy Raj National Park and Spisska Nova Ves.
Participants will be from Gymnazium SNV, Gymnazium Srobarova in Kosice and Gymnazium Gyongyos Hungary. The four day event will include a number of Art and Drama activities facilitated by American Peace Corps Volunteers, Teachers of English, Slovak artists and artisans, and actors and volunteers from Spisska’s theater. The event will culminate in an “art gallery” opening, and a series of drama performances. In addition to creative activities, the students will also spend one morning preparing a space in the theater building in which a youth club will be established.
This event is designed to increase multi-cultural awareness and cooperation between Slovak and Hungarian students, as well as to aid in the establishment of a youth cultural center.
Studenti gymnazia v Spisskej Novej Vsi za podpory IEARN Slovensko organizuju umelecko dramaticky tabor od 21.juna-25.juna v Slovenskom Raji. Na toto stretnutie sa predbezne prihlasili studenti z Gymnazia Srobarova a madarskeho gymnazia v Gyongyos. Toto stvordnove stretnutie bude zahrnat pripravu divadelnych prestaveni(v anglictine), ktore by mali studenti potom predstvit v Budove divadla v Spisskej novej Vsi.
Toto stretnutie je zamerane na zvysenie medzikulturnych vztahov medzi slovenskymi a madarskymi studentami ako aj k vytvoreniu mladeznickeho kulturneho centra. O pripravu a priebeh tohto stretnutia sa staraju americky lektori (americke mierove zbory), ucitelia anglickeho jazyka a herci a umelci z divadla v Spisskej Novej Vsi.
